The 2015 Vendor Application is now available.

The Tenino Farmers Market welcomes applications from farmers, producers, artisans and prepared food vendors. The season begins with a one-day special “Mother’s Day Market”, Saturday, May 9 on Olympia Street (downtown Tenino), 10am-3pm on June 6. The regular market season starts Saturday, June 6 and runs every Saturday through September 26. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, review our application and guidelines.

Enter our Blue Ribbon Pie Contest!

The Market moves to the Tenino First Presbyterian Church’s parking lot (Hodgden St. So. & Central Ave.) during Oregon Trail Days, Saturday, July 25. Submit pie(s) between 9:30am-11:30am. Pie categories are BERRY, FRUIT (other than berry), NUT, and JUNIOR PIE BAKER (under 15 years). First and second place awarded plus a grand champion./p>

Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program 2015- Begins June 1, 2015

Applications are available by contacting Senior Services at 360-586-6181, downloading at www.lmtaaa.org, pick-up at the Tenino Farmers Market beginning June 6, or Tenino City Hall, June 2. SFMNP checks will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Once an application has been received and screened for eligibility, the applicant will be mailed $40 in SFMNP checks to be used at participating farmers markets. Qualifications: Low-income seniors, age 60 or older (age 55+ for American Indian or Alaska Native) with an income level at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level ($1,799/mo. for a single person and $2,425/mo. for a couple).
